This Privacy Policy explains how Slesai ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our web application.

Note on Shared Accounts: Slesai operates on the same core infrastructure as Invlify. The account you create here serves as a unified account that can be used to log in to Invlify.

1. Information we collect

Account data: when you register or sign in, we process email address, authentication identifiers, and optional profile fields you provide (such as a display username).

Service data: content you create in the app (notes, to-do lists, action plans, settings, and similar) is stored to provide the Service.

Technical data: we may receive standard server and device information (for example IP address, browser type, and timestamps) through our hosting and authentication providers. We also collect telemetry data and AI usage reports to monitor application health.

2. How we use information

  • To authenticate you, sync your data across devices, and operate core features.
  • To generate summaries and plans strictly by sending your text inputs to third-party AI providers (e.g., Google Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter). We do not use your data to train our own models.
  • To secure the Service, troubleshoot issues, and detect abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

3. Sharing

We use trusted third-party processors (for example cloud database, hosting, and AI generation services) to run the Service. We do not sell your personal information. Shared note, to-do, or action plan links you create may expose your content to anyone with the link, by design of that feature.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account or data subject to technical and legal constraints; you can completely delete your account from the Profile settings, which will permanently erase all your data from our servers.

5. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including Row-Level Security (RLS) in our database. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

6. International users

The Service may be operated from various regions. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed in countries where our providers operate.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page.
